香煎蔥燒嫩雞胸 Stir Fry Chicken Breast and Green Scallion

食材:

雞柳2條(或雞胸肉1塊), 蔥2根

作法:

1. 雞胸肉切片加入少許鹽胡椒粉一大匙水醃約半小時


2. 平底鍋倒少許油, 開中小火煎約2分鐘, 倒入蔥白, 雞胸肉翻面繼續煎2分鐘


3. 挑最厚的雞胸肉, 筷子可以穿過就表示熟了, 加入蔥綠拌炒起鍋
