醬瓜絞肉 Steamed Ground Pork and Pickled Cucumber

食材:

大茂黑瓜一罐, 絞肉1包(約300-500克), 蔥1根, 大蒜2瓣, 薑1小段

調味料:

醬油1/2 大匙, 米酒1大匙, 麻油1大匙, 糖1小匙跟醬瓜汁4 大匙


做法: 1. 醬瓜切碎, 蔥切蔥花, 大蒜切末, 薑磨泥

2. 把醬瓜, 蔥花, 蒜末, 薑泥, 調味料放到絞肉, 用手攪拌均勻放在盤子上

3. 放入電鍋, 外鍋1杯水, 開關跳起即可
