酒香桂圓米糕 Steamed Sticky Rice with Rice Wine and Longan

食材: 糯米2杯, 龍眼乾1把, 砂糖2大匙

做法: 1. 糯米洗淨, 倒入1杯米酒, 1.5杯水泡半小時 2. 擺上龍眼乾, 放到電鍋, 外鍋倒1杯水蒸 3. 開關跳起燜10分鐘 4. 取出來, 加2大匙砂糖攪拌均勻 5. 放回電鍋, 外鍋加1杯水蒸 6. 開關跳起燜20分鐘, 即可
