辣炒蘑菇 Stir Fry Mushroom with Chili Pepper

食材: 蘑菇1盒, 辣椒1大根, 蔥2根

做法: 1. 辣椒切小段, 蔥切段. 蘑菇洗淨切掉根部, 大的對切, 小的不用 2. 熱鍋倒油, 放辣椒蔥段爆香, 再放入蘑菇(不要蓋鍋蓋也不要一直翻炒, 等約1分鐘再翻面) 3. 倒約1大匙米酒炒, 蘑菇開始出水時, 倒2大匙蠔油炒. 然候加一點點糖調味即可
