蘆筍肉捲 Negimaki

食材:

蘆筍, 豬肉片

醬汁:

醬油1.5大匙, 味淋1大匙, 米酒1大匙, 水1大匙, 糖1小匙 作法: 1. 蘆筍切段, 水滾後放入, 水再次滾時立刻撈起

2. 用豬肉片捲蘆筍

3. 平底鍋倒一點油,開中小火加熱, 開口那面先放下去煎, 每面都要煎到, 確定肉熟

4. 把醬汁倒入鍋內, 煎到醬汁快收乾即可
