絞肉炒青椒木耳 Stir Fry Ground Pork, Bell Pepper and Black Fungus

食材:

絞肉, 青椒1 個, 木耳約10朵

調味料:

醬油1大匙, 蠔油1大匙


作法: 1. 木耳泡水軟化, 煮一鍋滾水汆燙木耳; 取出放涼, 切掉蒂頭, 切丁

2. 青椒洗淨切丁

3. 平底鍋倒入油, 開中小火加熱, 倒入絞肉炒到約八分熟

4. 加醬油1大匙, 蠔油1大匙

5. 放入青椒, 略拌炒, 蓋上鍋蓋約2分鐘

6. 放入木耳拌炒, 再稍微拌炒約一分鐘即可起鍋


*也可以換成彩椒, 味道更甜
