玉米炒絞肉 Stir Fry Ground Pork and Corn

食材:

玉米1根(或用玉米粒罐頭), 洋蔥半顆, 絞肉半包, 蔥1根, 1瓣大蒜

做法: 1. 玉米切段, 加一點點鹽, 放電鍋, 外鍋加一杯水蒸熟. 放涼切玉米粒

2. 洋蔥切丁, 蔥切蔥花, 一瓣大蒜切末

3. 熱鍋倒油, 放入洋蔥炒到出現香氣, 倒入大蒜末炒, 倒入絞肉炒熟

4. 絞肉炒熟後, 加1/2大匙米酒, 1大匙蠔油, 1/2-1大匙醬油跟一些黑胡椒粉拌炒

5. 倒入玉米(或1罐玉米粒) 拌炒

6. 最後加蔥花略拌炒即可
