燙秋葵 Okra

做法: 1. 未洗的秋葵放到碗中, 加一些鹽, 每一根搓, 去除表面的毛, 再用清水洗淨 2. 放到煮滾的水, 煮1 分鐘

3. 盛起放到盤子, 加一點醬油膏即可
