煎球芽甘藍 Roasted Brussels Sprouts

食材: 球芽甘藍 10-15顆


作法:

1. 球芽甘藍洗淨, 剝去最外面葉子, 對切,瀝乾水份

2. 平底鍋倒一點油, 開中火加熱; 把球芽甘藍切面朝下放入平底鍋煎 2. 切面開始有點稍微焦時, 翻面繼續煎約2分鐘. 確定兩面都熟, 加一點胡椒跟海鹽調味, 拌炒一下即可
