烤栗子南瓜 Roasted Pumpkin

食材: 栗子南瓜半顆

做法: 1. 栗子南瓜整顆連皮洗乾淨, 對剖, 挖調南瓜子(剩下半顆擦乾表皮, 保鮮膜包放冷藏可以保存一週) 2. 切成一公分厚, 擺入烤盤中, 淋上橄欖油兩面抹勻, 灑一點點鹽跟胡椒 3. 烤箱事先預熱400F, 烤盤放入烤箱中烤35-45分鐘即可(15分鐘翻面一次)
