洋蔥燒雞 Stir Fry Chicken and Onion

食材:

雞腿2-3隻, 洋蔥1顆, 蔥1根


調味料:

醬油1.5-2大匙, 味淋1大匙, 米酒1大匙

做法: 1. 雞腿去骨切塊, 加1大匙米酒1大匙醬油放冰箱醃至少一小時

2. 洋蔥切細片, 蔥切段

3. 平底鍋倒油中火加熱, 放入雞肉煎熟, 盛起備用

4. 放入洋蔥跟蔥段炒軟, 倒回雞肉炒, 倒1大匙味淋, 1大匙米酒, 1.5-2大匙醬油炒到收汁即可
