檸檬迷迭香烤雞翅 Lemon rosemary grilled chicken wings

做法: 1. 雞翅洗淨擦乾, 用叉子在雞翅表面戳洞 2. 倒一些鹽, 胡椒跟迷迭香在雞翅上, 放上檸檬醃一晚 3. 隔天取出放烤箱, 350F 烤30-40分鐘即可

*我煮西式料理常用的研磨海鹽(Sea Salt) 跟研磨黑胡椒(Black Pepper), 偶爾會用檸檬胡椒(Lemon Pepper)醃魚醃肉或拌沙拉
