食材:

超市購買的刈包皮, 豬五花1條, 香菜1把, 酸菜少許, 花生粉


作法:

1. 滷一鍋紅燒肉, 作法參考

2. 把刈包皮放入電鍋, 外鍋加1杯水蒸


3. 香菜洗淨瀝乾水分, 摘下葉子


4. 用現成的花生粉, 沒有的話, 用食物調理機把花生磨碎


5. 在刈包皮放入滷肉, 撒上香菜, 花生粉, 酸菜即可
