牛肚麵 Beef Tripe Noodle Soup

作法: 1. 牛肚放涼切片 2. 滾水燙青江菜1分鐘 3. 滷汁約3大瓢加兩大碗冷水煮滾, 加一小匙日本味之素, 加1大匙豆瓣醬, 鹽調味 5. 好勁道麵條煮5分鐘 6. 放麵條到碗裡, 放上切片牛肚, 青江菜, 倒入煮滾的湯汁, 撒上蔥花即可
