照燒雞腿丼 Chichen Teriyaki Don

食材: 雞腿2隻(去骨切塊), 蔥花 醬汁: 米酒3大匙, 醬油2大匙, 味淋3大匙, 蜂蜜1大匙, 薑末1小匙 作法: 1. 雞肉加少許鹽米酒, 放冰箱醃半小時, 下鍋前加少許太白粉拌勻 2. 少許油熱鍋, 雞腿下鍋煎到呈金黃色 3. 加入醬汁煮到湯汁快收乾即可
